(New York, NY) Although it has only been three years since they formed Phoenix-based Soul Dance group KopaTechnic, Amber Dirks (lead vocals), Jimmie Alston (lead vocals), and BMI award-winning producer/remixer /keyboardist Rodney “RK” Jackson (Madonna, Cece Peniston), are still writing chart-climbing hits for the dance floors worldwide with their latest Urban Tracks Records EP release, “Soul Enticing 2”. Combining Soul, Dance, House, and Pop, KopaTechnic tracks received airplay from some of the top DJs and internet radio stations worldwide.

Tracks on the EP are the spiritual House track, “Open Your Mind”(ft. WisdomSoul, Malaika LeRae, and D.Mosis), “Changes”, “Nothing Like Before”, “Own Special Way”, “My Man” (ft. Malaika LeRae), and disco-infused “Got Me”. KopaTechnic also enlisted the talents of former A&M Records artist, Malaika LeRae, poet /RadioSupa radio host WisdomSoul, and writer/guitarist, Danny “D.Mosis” Moore.

Malaika LeRae’s biggest hit to date, “Gotta Know” (Your Name) topped Billboard’s dance chart. It peaked at #1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music. The Danny “D.Mosis” Moore/Rodney K Jackson/Malaika LeRae penned “So Much Love” gave Malaika LeRae her first # 5 Dance Hit on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and #27 on Billboard’s Hot R&B\Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.

WisdomSoul

Deemed “The Next Generation Host,’ WisdomSoul currently hosts her own online radio show called “The VYBe” on Radiosupa.com which was a spinoff from her original open mic show, “The VYBe” in the thriving Phoenix downtown area. WisdomSoul has hosted and featured at numerous poetry venues and Hip Hop shows; in addition to being instrumental in organizing and hosting Arizona’s first All Female Hip Hop Showcase.

Danny “D.Mosis” Moore”

Danny “D. Mosis” Moore first came to the attention of the record industry by co-writing tracks for Cece Peniston (“Virtue” and “You Win, I Win, We Lose) and Malaika LeRae ( “Sugar Time”, “So Much Love”, “3 AM”, and “Something New”- from the Meteor Man soundtrack). Additionally, his guitar skills make him in-demand as a session and live player.

“Now, we live in a day and age that Jimmie (Alston), Amber, and I can do the type of music we love and share them with others without the label issues of days past. “Don’t get me wrong, there are some awesome and talented people in the industry, but a lot of them on the executive side don’t have a clue!”

Now, blazing their own path on their current EP, “Soul Enticing” (Urban Tracks Records), KopaTechnic mixes material from ther first album (“I Just Can’t Take It, “Thinkin Bout You”) with new material (“You Failed” and SOS Band-influenced, “Working On Me), along with fresh mixes of the internationl chart track, “Wonder Woman” (DJ Themi’s Electrik Pulse Mix and Neil Thompson’s Regrooved Mix). Videos for “Wonder Woman” and “You Failed” are now available on YouTube.

Although some songs are available on other digital retailers, KopaTechnic decided to bundle the entire EP and make it available only on the Kopatechnic site (www.kopatechnic.com). “This way we can connect more with our fan base and offer discounts on tracks and merchandise.” says Jackson. The latest single, “You Failed” expresses the frustration of woman who is fed up with the philandering ways of man with “many interests”. This track and the “rise from the ashes” song, “Working on Me” will be exclusive releases only available on the site.
